Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly two months compared with monthly billing.
Who handles tax, invoices, and payments?
Checkout, taxes, invoices, payment support, and eligible refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record. Prices are listed in USD and exclude sales tax, VAT, or similar charges.
Can I get a custom quote?
Yes. Custom quotes are prepared using product count, seat count, active visitor volume, monthly event volume, SSO/SAML, support level, migration needs, contract needs, and security review requirements.
